Besides the areas that are explicitly mentioned in this part of our website, Pieter Dorhout Consulting can assist in virtually all areas related to the 'business' or project management aspects of an automation project. The following is just a list of examples, based on many years of system implementation experience. 

  1. Put together a communication and education plan, and executing it; Pieter's training courses have been (and still are) used to educate hundreds of RM professionals all over the world!
  2. Create reports that interpret the outputs from the RM or pricing system so that the owners of non-automated business processes can align their decisions with the RM system's objectives.
  3. Create a pragmatic test approach, i.e. one that catches critical faults, but doesn't hold up roll-out until all minor faults have been found and fixed too.
  4. Develop a roll-out strategy that is gradual where possible, and radical ('big bang') where necessary.
  5. Help re-plan, re-negotiate and re-prioritise if (or rather when...) the project doesn't progress as planned.
